AC Staffing is a staff management module that runs through planning by headcount, role type, location, date and time frame and captures staff login and out times along with break times. In the field the Handhelds (HH's) collects staff activity from their allocated personal NFC card along with GPS co-ordinates of all data which is then available live on the dashboard within an event control environment.
What does the Software do?
The user-friendly software enables all users/departments to collaboratively work together to streamline existing back office processes. This comprises the planning, scheduling and monitoring of event staff deployment and is integrated with your existing HR and payroll systems.
It works for areas of the event operational footprint, e.g., within the arena, car parks, and even at the train station. When live the software is always updating the HH and vice versa, meaning you'll have the most up-to-date info at all times, whichever end you're on.
Staffing lists and schedules can be dragged and dropped in from Excel and will be automatically sorted and displayed by the software’s Planning and Scheduling functions.
The software will show a summary of positions to be filled; with the in-built reporting system summary reports by event can be sent to key management to highlight the progress of staff supplying for a forthcoming event.
Within an event control environment, on the day, live info can be seen as the staff check in with their supervisors. This means that there is a vast reduction of radio conversations with late arrivals. Event control staff can deploy staff to areas as required based on live statistical data.
