Avantas app records your trip on the map with time, length and altitude. For every kilometer you are told about the pace - in Norwegian. The app can also be connected to a heart rate belt so that you can keep track of how intensively you exercise at any time.
You also have the opportunity to get your own training diary online with professional training programs tailored to your level, weight diary and forum where you can ask experts for advice and tips.
