Electronic Health Records for Patients (EHR)

System that stores the clinical record of Patient in medical encounters.
Presents the main features:
1) Registration of demographics information (name, address, telephone, ...) of patients;
3) Record clinical information of patients;
3) Allows filling and viewing several clinical forms. The content of the clinical forms is stored in a structured manner to allow future interoperability with systems that adopt the openEHR standard. Today the system has the clinical forms for standard care, immunization, odontology and free text form;
4) Take photos and attach them in the patient records;
5) Draw on models and attach the drawings in patient records;
6) Clinical Summary View. The clinical summary is created dynamically as the clinical forms are filled. Displays Medicines, Allergies, Vaccines, Diagnostics and Latest Encounters;
7) Send e-mail to the patient with the clinical information of medical encounters;
9) Allows using Auto-fill models that assist in the completion of clinical forms and,
10) Backup of all clinical and demographic information.
