If you arrived here it is because you heard of the application "give voice to stroke"!
The application (app) aims to be able to provide the people who suffered stroke (and became aphrasic), a tool to express feelings, emotions, and simple desires. It is an application that is part of the speech therapist's work, with alternative communication elements, which instead of being on paper are endowed with greater interactivity and have sound (therefore more advantages).
Not all people who have suffered stroke and have aphasia can use the app because they need understanding to be intact and that they have intellectual and cognitive resources to use the tablet and the app.
The app is structured with the elements that the team has gathered from their knowledge about this population of people and that works with them daily, as health professionals.
Although this app is designed with the aim of serving Afásic people, stroke victims, you can also benefit other patients with other pathologies (eg tracheostomized).
This app, as well as their intellectual property, belongs to their creators, and are an integral part of the company Be Infiniti.
It is not intended to make a profit from this app, the reason why a price is stipulated has to do with the project costs to promoters, and the remaining revenues generated will be fully applied either in the expansion of content and in maintaining the site and promoting the app.
The app is available, with a voice of men and women in Portuguese (Portugal).
Warning: For now it is only optimized for 10 "tablets. We are not responsible for use with other screen dimensions.
Other minimum requirements: 1 GB of RAM, and have the Android 4.0 and above version.
