DJB Mobile app is originally offered for registering complaint or suggestion related to Delhi Jal Board, like Dirty Water, Missing of Manhole Cover, Sewer Overflow, leakage of water.
Dirty Water: DJB provides potable water to the residents of Delhi. Please upload your suggestion/complaints regarding Contaminated/Dirty Water Supply.
Leakage of Water: DJB provides potable water to the residents of Delhi. Please upload your suggestion/complaints regarding any type of leakage in water pipeline/tanker of DJB
Sewer over Flow: DJB deals with complaints of overflow of Sewerage system in Delhi only. Complaints of Overflow of Storm/Rain water drains may be lodged with respective Delhi Municipal Corporation. Storm water drains generally are on ground to carry storm/rain water and maintained by respective Municipal Corporation. Sewer lines are maintained by DJB and they carry domestic waste of water and are laid underground.
Missing of Manholes Cover: DJB deals with sewerage network system, therefore you may lodge complaint regarding any Missing manholes Cover related to underground sewerage network.
