Once the program administrator approves you, you can login and start communicating with your group members to exchange useful tips and recipes for a healthy lifestyle. You can communicate with your assigned doctor to send your sugar levels, diet and exercise details. You can also communicate with your assigned mentor to get help and moral support whenever needed.
