The framework of our healthcare system is subject to an increasingly faster change. The big reforms of recent years are not a final point. The legislator faces major challenges and it can be assumed that the near future will bring further profound changes. Medical and medical -technical developments are generally regarded as a blessing, but there are an increasing shortage of a shortage of moderation and an aging population.
This will lead to further structural changes for healing professionals. The competition in the healthcare system, which was still negative years ago, opens up great opportunities for doctors. For the healthcare consultants, this means to know the current developments in good time in order to be able to give the clients appropriate recommendations for action in consulting practice.
Although the consultant can fall back on the knowledge of his profession, more and more an issue of exceeding approach is becoming necessary. Innovative solutions only open up that looks outside the "box". The Institute for Advice in the Health Care ( IBG Institute) stands for this approach and wants to create the opportunity to successfully act in this segment.
The IBG Institute has developed a specialist advisory course especially for the professional group of tax consultants. A solid knowledge foundation in response to the challenges of consultant practice.
Together with the Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences, a concept of university-accompanying vocational training and further education was developed, which covers almost all aspects of advisory activity in healthcare. Conception and contents of the training ensure an absolutely practical quality standard, which is based on the needs of advice in the healthcare system. Only practitioners are used as lecturers who ensure the corresponding level due to their sustainable current consulting activities. Include the essential content:
- Contract (tooth) drug law
- professional law
- Right of the HeilfilfschoFe
- hospital law
- Right of the care facility
- Tax framework conditions
- corporate law
- EBM
- GOÄ
- Bema
- GOZ
- DRG
The IBG Institute also takes up the growing challenges of that group of people who have to make decisions in connection with its professional activity of care, administration and organization of medicinal professionals. This group of people builds on their practical professional experience and can experience a solid scientific addition through this training. This makes it possible to optimize everyday professional life and the development of your own professional situation.
