How do I make good food for my child?
In the app you will find many of our popular recipes and a food plan that shows the child's needs over a day. Mad plan and recipes have been prepared by Semper's own nutritionists, based on the official recommendations. Find the recipes when you are shopping or at home in the kitchen. You can use them as they are or as inspiration - it's up to you.
