This Android application is a useful tool to find a misplaced phone. Users can register upto 5 alternate numbers and a 8 digit security code . On receiving a text message, the app uses the combination of the two to enable the ringer. A custom message can be broad-casted as a voice announcement.The app marks the phone's location using GPS on Map.
Another feature of this app is to send SIM card change alert with relevant details whenever somebody tries to change the SIM.

TIPS TO USE:
[[To Activate the Application]]
1) Install this app in your FRIEND's Phone as well.
2) Go in Menu Options ==> Preferences and add the following details in your phone as:
a) FRIEND's Number in "Friend Phone Numbers". (Upto 5)
b) Your own Number in "Your Phone Number"
c) Your Name in "Your Name"
d) Any 8 digit Code in "Your Registered Code"
3) Tick to activate the app.
4) Tick to activate SIM alerts on SIM change.

Let say,
Your Phone (which is lost!): Phone-A
Your Friend's Phone: Phone-B
Steps:
1) Open the "Lost My Phone" App in Phone-B
2) Click Button Send SMS, now enter the following details and "SEND SMS":
a)Enter your Friend's Phone Number.
b)Enter the predefined passcode (8 digit Registered code which was earlier added in Preferences)
c)Enter the message you wish to be announced on Lost Phone after it's ringer goes on. (Optional)
3) Now an SMS will be delivered on Phone-A,
-The Ringer will turn on if on Silent/Vibrate Mode etc.
-The Location of Lost Phone (Phone-A) will be calculated and sent to Phone-B via SMS. Along with this the Handset id and SIM id are sent.
-This Location detail (latitude/longitude) will be used on Phone-B to pinpoint the Location of Lost Phone on Map.
-The Distance (in meters) between Phone-A and Phone-B will be calculated when you press "My Friend's location" button.
In case somebody tries to change the SIM card in Phone-A (Lost Phone), a SIM Card Change alert is sent to the 1st friend with SIM and Phone details.
