WHAT IS PINS?
PINS, former BalticMiles, is a loyalty program that rewards you for every trip you take. Lux Express co-operated with PINS to offer a more personalized approach and bigger discounts to the customers. Join the PINS program and collect PINS simply by travelling with Lux Express. Then you can spend the PINS you have collected for free coach journeys, flights or other services provided by program partners.
Our loyalty program consist of three levels and your discount depends on your travelling frequency. The more you travel, the bigger discounts you can receive. If you have collected 10 trips then the 11th ticket will be with a 15% discount. If You have collected 25 trips then the 26th ticket will be with a 30% discount. The customers who are buying their 41th ticket have reached the VIP level and the tickets will be 40% cheaper.
