Not much different from the story of Jakarta, the East Java Rasulullah SAW Council was formed from the existence of various existence of the Mawlid Wat Ta'lim Assembly in the cities of Surabaya and Sidoarjo, where the congregation was multi-generation ranging from children, teenagers to parents, but the dominating pilgrims of the Maulid Assembly were young people.
Over time and with frequent gathering between members of the Jamaah Assembly one with other assembly worshipers, finally the thought emerged to form a bigger container that could unite the pilgrims to be able to make a more directed and symbolized assembly in glorifying the Prophet Muhammad, then the Assembly of the Prophet was led by Al-Habib Munzir bin Fuad Al-Musawa in Jakarta. Before the departure of Al-Habib Munzir bin Fuad Al-Musawa in 2013, he had advised Al-Habib Idrus bin Muhammad Alaydrus to continue the symbol while developing the preaching of East Java region and making the city of Surabaya the city of Sayyidina Muhammad. Al-Habib Idrus bin Muhammad Alaydrus is one of the students of the noble teacher al-Hafidz al-Musnid al-Habib Umar bin Hafidz bin Sheikh Abu Bakar bin Salim and is a friend of Al-Habib Munzir bin Fuad Al-Musawa, and the decision was warmly welcomed by Al-Hafidz al-Musnid al-Habib Umar bin Hafidz bin Bin Abu Bakar Bin Salim. From this mandate al-Habib Idrus bin Muhammad Alaydrus is willing to be a guide as well as a bridge for worshipers to the supervisors of the Assembly of the Prophet in Jakarta and to the noble teacher al-Hafidz al-Musnid al-Habib Umar bin Hafidz bin Abu Bakar bin Salim to help develop the Da'wah of the Assembly of the Prophet in the East Java region.
