Use MeraDoctor to invite your doctors into a Personal Medical Team. Once they join you on our app, save time by sharing reports, follow ups, or asking them questions through our app. If your own doctor is unavailable, you can also chat with our highly trained and experienced MBBS doctors @ Rs 150 per consult.
Unlike Whatsapp or SMS, you can also maintain your medical records online, in our Records section. The records you share are completely secure. It’s easier, safer and faster than Whatsapp!
HOW MeraDoctor: FOR PATIENTS WORKS:
MeraDoctor lets you invite your personal doctor into a Medical Team. You can then ask your own doctor any follow up questions or show them reports. Now you don’t need to schedule a second clinic visit! Just open the app and ask or share a picture of test reports and you’re done!
If you don’t have a personal doctor that you visit regularly, or if your doctor is unavailable, MeraDoctor also carefully selects licensed MBBS doctors and makes them available for chat consultations through the app. Each consultation is priced at Rs 150. In order to use MeraDoctor, all you have to do is:
1. Install the app.
2. Open, register and accept terms (must be 18.)
3. Add your personal doctors.
4. To chat with a highly qualified GP, click the "GP Chat" button.
5. Use the "Reports" button (in the menu) to add your medical reports and share them with your doctor.

PRESCRIPTIONS:
MeraDoctor’s participating doctors do not prescribe non-over the counter (non-OTC ie Schedule H) medications. However, doctors do prescribe OTC medications during the chat session and can also explain your existing medication prescriptions, interactions, allergies and side effects to you.
Your own doctors who you have added to your Personal Medical Team may consult with you on prescriptions that they have provided in a physical consult with you.
