For the past 3 years, we have been meeting these street chefs and learning from them their secret recipies. Like them we also use the freshest ingredients. All our ingredients are brought over from Vietnam weekly where we fly over personally to hand carry back. We even imported a whole oven and Flour just to re-create the famous Banh Mi!lt life mastering that one dish!
