Multicity is the lowest emission car sharing service in Berlin. Whenever you need a car, you have access to it via our app and can drive with it within our business area. Charging columns, refueling, insurance and parking on public parking spaces are included in the minute price.
This app shows you all vehicles from Multicity Carsharing near you. As a Multicity customer, you can reserve them for 15 minutes without obligation, as well as open and close. Write us at [email protected] if you have any questions about our app.
With the Multicity Carsharing app you can
• Find available vehicles near you
• Call information about the filling or charging stand of a car.
• Reserve vehicles for 15 minutes for 15 minutes (requested to register)
• Open or close your reserved vehicle (one-time PIN device on our website required)
• view current and past bookings
• Have the next available charging station or petrol station displayed on the map
• View and acquire your travel credit.
• view your bills.
• View registration offices on the card where you can have your customer account unlocked.
• View or report minor damage to a vehicle before starting driving.
• Adjust push notifications that indicate you to leave the business area.
• Find and book vehicles from our cooperation partner.
User permissions:
• We need the location information of your device to display the next available car near you
• In order to be able to inform yourself by push notification that you have ended your journey outside the business area, we need your permission.
You can activate or deactivate them in the settings if necessary.
