Welcome to our application which is designed and developed by our consultant to provide the most up to date information for users looking at a independent boarding or therapeutic school or programs. Typically, our application users are parent (s) with children with special needs, but we do work with all students with a range of age groups in a variety of placement settings.
Our users will find the application user friendly, with features which are easy to navigate. The individual tabs on the application, allows users to find specific information by tapiping each icon, ihic ate in blue and green cn the drop down menu. These icons open up and explain the various schools and programs we work with.. Our appointment book allows users to schedule aappointments at their convenience with a chat wall, and location bar which are available for directions as well as a map. There are two gray shrare buttons on the front of the application with a call button.
The other features includes: its ability to examine your child's academic needs and behsvioral, medical, and emotional challenges. This process is through our eeight steps explained on our getting started page.
. We allow our consultant to gather critical data to a discussion with you. As we walk you through these steps we are asking for more feedback by electing placement option for yoir family. Users will also find a photo gallery of high resution images on the front of the application allowing users to go directly to the web sites of specific scholols and programs.
A complete description of types of the types schools are listed on the single tab icons on the pull down menu, allows users to see our schools and prigrams with testimonials from other parents. You tube videos, and three social mrdia sharing buttons allow you to connect to LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, and Facebook, and Konnecti, and Go To Meetng with a drop down menu on this social media page. The the application also allows for sharing our office hours, location, and a contsct us link. A map to guide parents to our office location and what to bring, what to expect and our results. Is also on app. Our blog post and testimonials allow parents the ability to read about our tours and testimonials.
Our log in portal on our application is hosted by Best Notes, a HIPPA compliance and regulatory agency for medical documentation for residental treatment programs The portal allows our consultant to collect and share documents, between other professional users (Physicians, Therapist, Counselors, Psychialogist, Case Managers,Teachers, Marriage and Family Therapist, Child Advocates or Attorneys and Educational Consultants as well. Our chat wall ptovides users the ability to post comments, add a revirw and revie our screenshots. A link to schedule a go to meeting is also being added with our application to alloew parents to Skype or have a meeting on line and see events which are posted.
