With the UniSalute Up app you can manage your services even easier and faster.
From today you have more news: in the "Policy" section you can consult the Information Set relating to your policy which contains all the detailed documentation as required by current legislation. Furthermore, for policies that provide it, you can view and download the Abroad Form, which certifies the validity of your health coverage even abroad
In particular you can:
- book visits and tests at affiliated healthcare facilities: you can ask UniSalute to book for you or, thanks to the new function, you can independently book the appointment with the healthcare facility and communicate it to UniSalute
- view the agenda with your next appointments for visits and exams, change them or cancel them
- request reimbursement of expenses for your services simply by uploading a photo of the invoices and documents required for reimbursement
- consult your account statement to check the processing status of your refund requests. You can also integrate the documentation with the missing documents if requested by UniSalute
- receive real-time notifications with updates on your appointments and refund requests
- access the For You section to discover the supplementary policies to complete your health plan and read the news and articles of the InSalute Blog
- view all the information relating to your policy: Information Set which contains all the detailed documentation as required by current legislation (Insurance Conditions, DIP, additional DIP etc..). Furthermore, for policies that provide it, you can view and download the Abroad Form, which certifies the validity of your health coverage even abroad.
- manage and modify your personal data and that of your family members (personal details, contact details, bank details) and choose whether to authorize your adult family members to view your health data. You can consult the list of your covered family members, modify the information on the exercise of rights towards them (parental role) and you can manage the privacy consent of adult family members.
To access the functions of the UniSalute app, enter the username and password that you already use to enter your reserved area of unisalute.it. If you are not yet registered, you can also register on the app.
