The Viet Nam ICT White Book is published by The National Steering Committee on ICT and The Ministry of Information and Communications. The White Book provide official data on the postal, Telecommunications, Informations and Communications fields in Viet Nam to support State management agencies in planning, implementing and building appropriate policies, mechanisms, providing informations to domestic and overseas enterprises and foreign investors for setting up their business strategy orientations and to attract foreign investment to VietNam.
