MyHealth is an application that connects to Terraillon connected devices.

That's why MyHealth makes it easy for you to set your goals, track your measurements effectively and share your data with your friends or doctor. MyHealth from Terraillon brings together all your health data in one comprehensive ecosystem within one mobile app: weight, nutrition, physical activity, sleep and blood pressure.
MONITOR YOUR WEIGHT AND BODY COMPOSITION
Sync MyHealth with your Terraillon connected bathroom scale to achieve your weight, muscular mass and body fat goals...
MyHealth calculates your BMI (body mass index) to identify your excess weight and the potential risks of excess weight to your health. The app then recommends a weight according to your profile based on normal standards. Your results are clearly displayed on your dashboard with colour-coding so that you can analyse them easily. You can also find details of your body composition (weight, BMI, body fat, muscular mass, bone mass or body water mass) in simplified graphs.
MANAGE YOUR DIET
MyHealth helps you adopt a healthy diet with comprehensive and accurate nutritional information (calories, proteins, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, sodium). With the Open Food Facts database, you can scan the barcode of the products you have purchased in-store and add them directly to your dashboard. The app decrypts labels from over 500,000 foods and displays the Nutri-Score as well. Based on your metabolism, MyHealth helps you set your nutritional intake target according to your body's day-to-day needs. You can also improve the experience by using the Terraillon NutriTab nutritional scale with MyHealth. That way, the nutritional information will be automatically adjusted according to the weight being weighed.
INCREASE YOUR PHYSICAL ACTIVITY
Set your daily step goals and… walk! By combining MyHealth with the Terraillon activity wristband, you automatically record the number of steps taken, the number of calories burned and the distance covered on your mobile app!
RECEIVE CALL & SMS NOTIFICATIONS ON YOUR CONNECTED DEVICE
Terraillon activity wristbands (Activi-T Smart & Activi-T Partner) can receive and read your text messages directly, as well as display the name of the person calling you.
IMPROVE YOUR SLEEP
Use a Terraillon activity wristband to analyse the quality of your nights, your sleep duration, and to set an alarm to wake up. All this information is automatically transmitted to MyHealth.
MONITOR YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE
Monitor your blood pressure accurately with MyHealth and connected blood pressure monitors from Terraillon. For long-term monitoring, you can find all your blood pressure and heart rate data on your dashboard. The app displays a colour-coded report for easy interpretation of your blood pressure from the European Society of Hypertension (2018). If in doubt, always consult your doctor or a healthcare professional.
