MultiROM Manager puede instalar o actualizar MultIROM, su recuperación y núcleos. También puede instalar las construcciones basadas en la imagen del sistema Ubuntu Touch en multirom como una ROM secundaria.
MultIROM es un mod de múltiples boot único para dispositivos Android. Puede iniciar cualquier ROM Android, así como otros sistemas como Ubuntu Touch. Además del arranque desde la memoria interna del dispositivo, MultIROM puede arrancar desde la unidad USB conectada al dispositivo a través del cable OTG. La parte principal de MultIROM es un administrador de arranque, que aparece cada vez que comienza su dispositivo y le permite elegir ROM para arrancar. Puede ver cómo se ve en la imagen izquierda a continuación y en la galería. Las ROM se instalan y se administran a través de la recuperación TWRP modificada. Puede usar archivos ZIP estándar para instalar ROM de Android secundarias, archivos de imagen prebuinados diarios para instalar Ubuntu Touch y MultIROM incluso tiene su propio sistema de instalación, que se puede usar para enviar otros sistemas basados en Linux.
