Charades TV - The best word guessing party mini game.
Charades TV is a application which replaces guessing drawing or action games. Players can play it at anytime at anywhere and break the barriers among each others through playing it and thus enhance the relationship.
1. Playing Method
(i) Choosing Decks: (1) Shuffle Online (2) Shuffle Offline (3) Any Decks in Offline
(ii) Choosing Game Time: (1) 60s (2) 90s (3) 120s
(iii) Recording Setting: (1) Yes (2) No
(iv) Game Start: The system will draw the word from the selected deck one by one randomly. Players take turns at acting out in pantomime a word should try their best to act and describe the word in order to pass the meaning or pronunciation of word on to the players who are responsible for guessing. Tilting the phone up is pass and down is guessing correctly. There will be an ending alert at the last 5 seconds. The one who has the largest number of guessing words correctly during the limited time win the game. Players take turns at acting out in pantomime a word should not say or translate the words on the screen directly. Therefore, most of the players will use the homophones or any special action as the clue.
2. Game Over
(i) The screen will show the number of words that were guessed correctly.
(ii) If the recording function was turned on, players not only can play the video by pressing the play button, but also can upload the video to the Facebook and share with others.
Downloading Decks: Players can download the decks provided by the system.
Customizing Decks: Players can add new decks or add words to existing decks.
Approving Words: In the step of downloading or customizing the decks, it is responsible for the players to help the system to approve the words they understand so as to help the system to update the words of the decks for players to download.
