Three Fitness Tests: the Beep Test, the Bruce Treadmill Test, and a vVO2max test
This is an app that contains three Fitness Tests. Two give a predicted VO2max score, and the other gives a predicted vVO2max score. The VO2max tests are the Beep test (also known as the Bleep test), where a person runs 20m between cones back and forth at an increasing pace until s/he is unable to continue, and the Bruce Treadmill test, where a person runs on a treadmill at an increasing rate and gradient until s/he is unable to continue. The vVo2max test involves running for 6 minutes as fast as possible and then entering in the distance. Both VO2max and vVO2max are highly correlated with cardiovascular fitness and long distance endurance. This app allows you to undergo the three listed tests and it also saves your results so you view past results and see improvement.
